Shipping & Returns

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each item is hand made in my Melbourne home studio by myself and quality checked once finished and before dispatch. Due to the nature of hand crafted items, each piece will have it's unique differences, so there won't be two items that are exactly the same.

I'm are trying to make sure that all the pictures and text descriptions are a true representation of the products, so that you receive items that you are happy with. However, please bear in mind that colours may appear differently on screens and there may be slight variations size due to nature of material (100% natural merino wool) . If you require a sample of wool to check the colour, please get in touch and let me know which colour you would like to see. Samples will be limited to maximum 1 per person. 

 

DELIVERY

We use major courier services for all our shipments.

Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel will be delivered to the right address.

Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of your order. If the item is Pre-ordered it should be dispatched within 4 weeks.

We are doing our best to keep stock levels updated, however, as all item are handmade, levels are subject to fluctuation. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.

If you have an urgent request, please get in touch using Contact Us and we may be able to offer an express service. 

 

RETURNS

I hope you are completely happy with all Like Cloud Designs purchases and we will see you again, but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us through Contact Us and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.

Because each item is hand made to order, items will not be accepted for refund due to a change of mind or lack of care. Please pay careful attention to the care instructions that can be found on product page and on the back of swing tags when the goods arrive. Wool, in particular, needs to be cared for properly in order to ensure your products have a long life.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused and unwashed with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your Consumer rights.

If required, please Contact us for the return address stating the issue and when the product was purchased. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason.

When returning an item, it is recommend that you use appropriate service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.
